Louie Amabili
Louie is a IFA certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, blue belt, and silver medal in IBJJF open at white belt. Currently undefeated in MMA. Louie Coaches kids classes and adult no gi.
Claudio Mena
Please welcome Coach Claudio Mena! Claudio has joined our team as the Coach of our new Karate Combat class. Claudio Mena is 38 years old and originally from the city of Valparaiso, Chile. At 8 years old he began practicing martial arts, starting with Kenpo Karate, which opened doors to other martial arts such as Taekwondo. He began training TKD in Villa Alemana at one of the best schools in the city called “Musoto” at the age of 12. In search of better opportunities, Claudio emigrated to the United States to continue his martial arts career. With more than 28 years in the discipline of Korean combat sports Claudio seeks to expand and deliver his knowledge to whoever wishes it. 
Donta Finney
Donta Finney is from Maryland and is a 6th Degree Black Belt in Kar-Do-Jitsu Ryu.​ Kar-Do-Jitsu Ryu is a combination of Karate, Judo, and Jiu Jitsu. KDJR was created in Brooklyn, NY by a long time cop, John Manniel. Donta has practiced martial arts for 25 years and has learned a lot about the human body and how it moves from thousands of hours of hands on practice. 

Donta's training is geared toward the improvement of every client of all ages and abilities. His mission is to utilize martial arts, resistance training, and various equipment and techniques to help every one he encounters achieve optimum fitness. The goal is to insure each client receives permanent change for maximum gain!!

Sean McCarthy
Sean has been living in Salisbury for forteen years and has been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since late 2011 under Miles Moffit. He is a brown belt who favors the top game and pressure passing as well as pressure positions. He is a certified fitness trainer and enjoys coaching both kids and adult classes during the week.  
 Brittany Siegel
Brittany Siegel is a long-time health and fitness enthusiast from Salisbury, Maryland. She brings over a decade of group fitness experience to the team. Over the years she has taught various formats of dance, HIIT, and Les Mills BODYCOMBAT®. Brittany has been an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer since 2019. In 2021 she also became a Certified Online Coach and Specialist in Sports Nutrition. She is passionate about helping people fall in love with movement and discover themselves in the process. Outside of the gym, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, getting her hands on a good book, and working as a Director of Marketing with an incredible team.

John Meister
I’m a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I started training 6 years ago at the age of 33. I fell in love with the art and the mental, physical and social benefits it provides. I'm excited to share my passion for the sport and help people like me without athletic backgrounds try something new! When I'm not on the mats I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to music and reading epic fantasy novels.
Gregg White
Gregg is a BJJ Purple Belt. He started Jiu Jitsu in 2016 and MMA IN 2019. Coach Gregg has 5 Stellar Fights under his belt and has helped many others in their fight camps. Gregg loves training and teaching MMA and Kickboxing. We’re very fortunate to have him officially on board as a Coach. 
Coach David Cain - Muay Thai
Dave has been training in combat sports for over 20 years and studied
muay thai under the coaches at Daddis Fight Camps in Philadelphia. He
fought in the cage for several years and brings a very analytical
approach to training. He believes in perfecting the foundational
movements and prefers to focus on effectiveness over flashiness.
